3. WhatsApp & Meta Data Handling
GreenTick operates as an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) under Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API programme. As part of this:
- When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account to GreenTick, certain account data – including your WABA ID, phone number, and message template history – is shared between GreenTick and Meta’s systems as required for platform operation.
- Message content sent through GreenTick is processed via Meta’s infrastructure. GreenTick does not store the body of individual messages beyond what is necessary for delivery confirmation and reporting.
- Your end-customers’ phone numbers, which you upload to the platform, are used solely to send campaigns on your behalf. We do not use, share, or contact your customers independently.
- Meta’s own data practices are governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it separately.
4. Data Sharing & Protection
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
- We may share data with trusted service providers – such as cloud hosting providers, CRM tools, payment processors, or email platforms – solely to help us operate and improve our services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Your data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised GreenTick personnel only.
