GreenTick is a product of Suscin Innovation Labs LLP, an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) operating under Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API programme.
1. Use of This Website
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, represent a legitimate business entity, and agree not to use the site or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or services
- Use our content, tools, or materials for commercial gain without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or intent when registering for or using GreenTick’s platform
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site – including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, and software — is the property of Suscin Innovation Labs LLP (or its licensors) and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written consent from Suscin Innovation Labs LLP
- Use the GreenTick brand name, logo, or design elements as your own or in any misleading manner
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any GreenTick software or tool
3. WhatsApp API Usage & Meta Policy Compliance
GreenTick provides access to WhatsApp’s Cloud API as an official Meta Business Solution Provider. By using GreenTick’s platform to send messages, you agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your messaging activity on the GreenTick platform complies with the above policies at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending messages only to users who have given explicit, documented opt-in consent
- Not sending messages in restricted categories (pharmaceutical, financial schemes, alcohol, adult content, etc.) unless specifically permitted by Meta
- Not using GreenTick’s platform to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that could result in your WhatsApp Business Account being flagged or banned
- Ensuring all message templates submitted for Meta approval are accurate and representative of your actual business communication
GreenTick reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if your usage is found to be in violation of Meta’s policies, regardless of whether Meta has taken action yet.
4. User Messaging Responsibilities
As a business using GreenTick to communicate with your customers on WhatsApp, you accept full responsibility for:
- The content of every message you send through our platform
- Maintaining a clean, consent-based contact list
- Monitoring and maintaining a healthy WhatsApp quality rating (Green status)
- Providing customers with a clear and functional opt-out mechanism in all marketing messages
- Not uploading or using purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists
GreenTick is a platform provider. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of messages sent by our users. Any damage – including WhatsApp account bans, customer complaints, or legal claims – arising from a user’s messaging activity is the sole responsibility of that user.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate platform, Suscin Innovation Labs LLP makes no guarantees about the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of GreenTick’s services.
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GreenTick
- WhatsApp account restrictions, bans, or quality rating changes imposed by Meta on your account
- Issues arising from third-party integrations, APIs, or external services connected to our platform
- Temporary downtime, technical errors, or data delays beyond our reasonable control
- Loss of business revenue resulting from platform unavailability or account restrictions
Use of the GreenTick platform is at your own risk.
6. Subscription, Plans & Free Access
GreenTick may offer free trials, beta access, or demo versions of its platform. These are provided “as is” and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
For paid subscription plans:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as per the plan selected
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
- GreenTick reserves the right to revise pricing with a minimum of 30 days’ notice to active subscribers
- Failure to maintain compliance with WhatsApp’s policies may result in suspension of your GreenTick account without a refund entitlement
7. Links to Other Sites
Our website may include links to third-party websites, including Meta’s Business Manager, WhatsApp documentation, and partner tool integrations. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of any external sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
If you are accessing GreenTick’s services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they are applicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform policies. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of GreenTick’s website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
